green beans, steamed or boiled, then cooled

large potatoes, boiled, cooled, and cut into bite-sized pieces
1
large tomato, cut into wedges, or 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
14 cup
olive oil
1 tbsp
package (one or another):
12 cup
corn, optional
1 tbsp
balsamic vinegar

Preparation
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour for all flavours to combine.
  2. Immediately before serving, splash balsamic vinegar overtop and gently toss.
